Dim kasha

Ingredients:
1.    4 eggs
2.    2 Onions paste +1 onion sliced (medium size)
3.    Garlic paste (1 medium size)
4.    2 bay leaves
5.    Oil (100 ml)
6.    Salt (as per taste)
7.    Turmeric powder(1/2 tbs)
8.    Green chilli paste(3 pcs)
9.    Red chilli powder
10.           Ginger powder(1/2 tbs)
11.           Elaichi &cinnamon powder (1/4 tbs)


process:
v   Boiled eggs.
v   Put ½ tbs oil to fry eggs.
v   Heat 4 tbs oil in fry pan.
v   Put bay leaves in fry pan
v   After few seconds  put sliced onion, add  salt & fry till it become golden colour. Collect separately after frying.
v    Once again put oil (4 tbs) &heat  it in medium flame.
v   Add all paste & powder and fry till golden brown and pour 1 cup of water.
v   Add fried eggs & sliced onions and cook it for 15 minutes in a low flame.
v   Finish it off when it turns gravy .
v   Now your tasty dim kasha is ready to serve .
